Hey it worked.
Can anyone tell me why my outer quads are so short? I don't mean to sound dumb, is it just a lack of training or bad form, or some other thing.

Those stretch marks on my stomach look horrible, can i do anything for them?

Joe, your quads will look fine when you reach your target weight. You won't believe how much difference that will make! Just check out my "fat" pics in my old training journal!
The stretch marks will fade in time but will aways be there I'm afraid. I have them too!
You're doing great, stay focused!

Nice work. Looking forward to seeing your progress. You will surprise yourself when you lean up. Joel is right about the quads. Just keep pounding them and BAM, they will look great.
And you are looking for Joel's "FAT" pictures. They do not exist. It is a figment of his imagination.

Doing fine Joe! And as far as the quads go, i agree with Joel! Keep working hard Joe... next step will be to show us the progression pics in a couple of months
