Hoops!
First of all, if those are your before pictures on the wall behind you, you've come a long way baby!!!!
Not too bad for 11 weeks.
How's your diet?
I'd start holding the tension on your reps to harden up a bit, and/or hitting some poses and really squeezing the muscles.
11 weeks is still some time to tweak...
Keep hitting it!!!!

Well in my book you have ALOT more mass than last year and knowing how hard it has been for you to do that I think you have done REALLY well! Are you saying you don't think you are lean enough? remember alot happens from now on in!

Steve, you are not behind schedule,as Beckie said,a lot can and will happen in 11 weeks time, but you do have to adjust things IMO.
For starters,if you still want my help, start posting your daily actual meals instead of just the macro totals so I can adjust things if necessary.
Also,I would de-emphasize arm and shoulder work, just trying to maintain size as they are getting a bit out of proportion to the rest of your physique.
I hope you don`t take offense, but I`m being honest...God knows my physique is surely nothing to brag about, but I`m just trying to help.
I would also stop doing P/RR/S and add much more volume and higher reps with the emphasis on finishing a workout by doing in as quick as possible timewise and emphasizing the stretch and squeeze...especially on lats/back,as I feel it would help to build nueropathways and more reps will help out in getting more blood to the muscles which many dismiss but I feel personally that it is imperative.
If you still wantv my help and want to do more reps/volume,let me know and we`ll start on Monday bro!!

Oh yeah, nothing against P/RR/S,as it`s a great program, but I think you would be better served doing a lot more volume trying to get the most work done in the shortest possible amount of time....real intense.

You make a good point Tim-I think it sounds a good idea to hit as many muscle fibers as possible. I've just started doing that with some of my clients-I make sure the last set of every second exercise really burns out the muscle of glycogen. When you keep doing the same rep sequence over and over,it doesn't really challenge any additional fibers unless you are continually upping the weight, and even then you won't hit the Type 1 endurance ones. wheres the leg shots??

I also agree with everyone that you look bigger and have put on some muscle. Definatley post your diet so everyone can see exsctly wht you are doing. Things may need to be adjusted ,your calories may be too low and your metabolism may be acting weird. Also, please post leg pics after you take them so we can see all of you!! ;D
