Yep! Definite improvements in the quads. Nice belly on the hamstrings too - that is hard to get.

Looking much better Steve!!
Upperbody is tightening up,quad sweep looks much improved,waist is tighter and looks smaller.
Two things of many to come,pull your arms in to your body on the side chest shot.........in other words,your arm are too far out in front,they should touch the body.........also,never do anymore direct front deltoid work for as long as you live........concentrate on laterals of all kinds to create width,and rear deltoids only.
Do presses for overall shoulder development and your front delts will be maintained nicely........right now as is the case with lots of people,they overpower your delts a bit.
All in all,looking good bud,now to keep it going and kick some ass!! #arockon6ha#
