Looking phenomenal for being so far out still bencher! That 3/4 biceps shot is money for you, btw - the freaky back combined with the massive arm .... great shot. And from what I can see of your midsection in that shot, you have already leaned out considerably there!
Make sure to post some power body pics as well next time. Maybe all the mandatories. Then the folks here can give a good honest critique.

Looks like you're heading in the right direction. Just keep leaning out! Just remember the lower the bodyfat gets the more massive and pronounced all that muscle you're packin will look! Keep dieting hard!

awesome progress-you are losing all over now-I'm particularly impressed with the progress in your waistline and abs because you were carrying quite a bit there before!

Very good progress, B. Thick and leaning out. Abs have improved. Very wide back. Drastic changes will come over the next several weeks, and you should lok terrific on stage. All the best, bro.

Hope I am on track, have not done this before so we shall see. Diet is changing up this week, will be rotating high protein/ high fat days with high protein/ no fat days. Carbs are always almost non-existant. Cardio is at 90 minutes daily now!!!

8 weeks out as of those pics. 7 weeks as off yesterday. Hopefully will really pic up next few weeks. At he 90 min cardio daily it had better.
