YIKES!!!
You're a monster.
Great thickness everywhere, but especially biceps and quads. Judging by the lat width, I bet you're back is outstanding as well.
Looks like all that weight you lost so fast came from your midsection. Is it possible you were just bloated with food in the first pic?
REALLY looking forward to seeing you progress to contest shape brother!
Will you post some other poses?

My back is usually most body part people compliament me on. And the food in belly comment, you are first to make the connection. Was bout an hour after my "Last meal" before prep started. Think had about 5lbs of sushi in their!!

Alright, bring on the critiques! I will start it off. Hamstrings= have been nailing them lately, can barely walk today from wednesdays ham workout. And then their are the calfs(or lack their of)! Trying both high rep and heavy low rep with them now. Thay have made some improvement over last several weeks. will try and get a flexing shot of them and the hams.

I notice a big change in your back-you have leaned out alot there and your 'Xmas tree' is starting to show up nicely! Whatever you are doing is working GREAT
