One more. PLease critique these for me everyone. Be totally honest - it's the only way to know what improvements to make.

your upper body is outstanding, nice shape and full muscles! I 'think' you need to develop a bit more thickness in your hammies tho

Pics look good, but I'd get a new photographer...they keep cutting off your head!

Jeremy,
You are leaning out quite a bit!!!! Your legs still need more definition but that will come with time, you know that! GREAT back pics, your back is pretty wide and nice definition in your back double bicep shot! Great most muscular shot as well!!! Looking great!!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D BTW I agree, with Frank, STOP BLOCKING OUT YOUR FACE!!!!!!!!! ;D

Nice round muscles Jeremy!!!
If you want my opinion based on these pictures, you have some very good proportions and balanced muscles in general, Shoulders, Chest and Arms are your strong points, Back and Legs are also very, very good, but are the ones that could be priorized! That being said, awesome work!
By the way, what are your stats? Bodyweight and height?

height is 5'11" The weight in those pics I am not sure. I usually don't weigh myself when dieting. I can say a week and a half ago I was 251
Back work has been a priority this year. It did make some improvements but I'm not totally happy with it yet. I wanted to get some more heavy work in this year but it did not go as planned.
The legs are not looking good in the pics and I'm not sure why. Could be the way I'm holding them. But normally the hams have a nice belly to them and are nice and full. That was another area of importance this year. The quads are actually slightly too big - so I've been told by other competitors at the gym.
Again it could be the pics but looking at these I would agree with you 100%.
Thanks for the feedback!
Sal

Jeremy, like everyone I agree with everyone else your development is very even good proportions. I think you'll look amazing when you get totally shredded! I know this isn't much of a critique but I don't see any glaring weaknesses in your development.

Look really balanced and thick, Jeremy. It should come together nicely.
Try different leg positions in the poses. Sometimes, it's just a matter of seeing what works for you and flexing as hard as you can.
Ab/thigh would suggest bringing elbows in a little closer to the sides of your head. Would flare you out a bit and also have to breathe out to flex abs.
Side/chest would bring hands up a little more to put more tension on chest and arms and make the shot more dramatic.
Hope you don't mind these suggestions, and any questions just get in touch.

Thanks Gerry! I don't mind at all. I would not have asked if I did!
I'll probably be hitting you up for some pointers in a bit.
Thanks again
