Looking real good Roger !! #arockon6ha#
Can you list your present training routine and a typical days eating plan?
It`s much easier to advise/suggest if we know what you are currently doing.

You look good, Roger. For the things you need to work on (you've overcome your inability to post pics...that's a start! ), first things that pop up are the lat width from the front...and your deltoid width too. Lots of laterals, and pull-ups (pulldowns won't have the same effect) with different grips. Keep at it and keep us posted on the progress for the show!

Thanks for the replies, especially yours Youngblood. I think my lats are already better, those pics are two months old. Got to suck it up and hit delts harder, have shoulder issues. I know, poor me.
My routine is usually 4 days legs-23 sets Back-16 to 20 sets tricep-6 to 9 sets Chest 12 to 20 sets bicep 6 to 9 sets Shoulders & traps - not enough { changing that tomorrow}
I do not really keep track of my eating. I have been eating super clean since last August. 6 to 9 times a day, lean meats[mostly fish & chicken] fruits, vegetables, good fats, complex carbs.

in addition to what YB has already said,you could do with a little more thickness in your upper pecs-and that means incline presses and flyes!
