GOT the mass bro time to drop the fat! Oh I know, I've been praying to the BF% Gods. lol I am behind schedule for the first comp but I can still make it if I keep doing wht I'm doing. I have another a week later which I'll probably come in a lot better. DAMN I NEEDED THOSE 16 weeks! Next year I am NOT doing fall comps, only SPring up to JUNE because the dieting during BBQ season SUCKS!

You have a GREAT muscle base! I find it hard to lose fat too but one of the biggest enemies is worrying about it-just put in the work and let your body take you where it needs to go!

GOT the mass bro time to drop the fat! Next year I am NOT doing fall comps, only SPring up to JUNE because the dieting during BBQ season SUCKS! You do have mass like Andrew said! Nice upper body and I also like your tatoos! You have 10 weeks to go. Do not stress so much, do what you need to do, diet and cardio and see what happens! ;D BTW, love the BBQ comment...it is soooo hard to diet in the summer...too tempting for me too.

Very good foundation, and like K said, 10 weeks is good enough time to get there. Chest is solidlooking in front and side poses. Good luck.

Thank you all for the encouragement! I know it's easy to be stressed especially since this is my first. I'm a virgin to the competition world. I am usually a recreational bodybuilder that has never gone into major carb depletion before. I am excited though cusae I know it's a loing ways away and my legs are the first to lean out so I know the upperbody will meet up to them and be ok.

I agree with the others, you have a very solid foundation Blade... just make sure that these 10 weeks are going to be productive as possible!! A very strick diet with no exceptions... and a never seen before intensity in the gym, YOU CAN DO IT!

Thanks Intensity! I am making every minute a the gym count. AM/PM cardio sessions on training days, 45-1hr cardio on non training days. Diet is VERY strict, no room for cheat meals right now.
