What`s your diet looking like Rog.....please be specific.
You look good................I persionally wouldn`t sweat the weight unless you are losing too fast..............conditioning is the key, even moreso in the lighter weight classes where guys are typically ripped.
Seeing your diet,I may be able to offer some suggestions.

A few pointers on posing:
Put heels together, toes out in the double bicep shot and lat spread.............feet should form a V type shape.
This will give the pose far better lines.
Abshot.......hans a bit lower behind head, keep kneecap loose on back leg and squeeze/spread thigh, same thing on the extended leg,or you can extend it more with a locked knee.......will show far more quad seperation. Side shots, keep back leg bent slightly at knee, and press the leg into the outside leg to show more hamstrings.

Look really good.

Thanks everyone, you guys will help me a lot with your advise. I have to start posing a lot more than I have been. Seems like I just do not have enough time to do everything. Tim, I will post a normal days eating in the journal section. Thanks again Roger

Look good, Roger. Lean and conditioned. Agree with Tim about posing. It does make a big difference. Good luck and think you will be where you want to in 6 weeks.
