You're looking good Roger! Just try tensing your legs a little more on the poses and you should see a bit more defnition come through!

You look great Roger, very lean. A poseing tip that i learned from Tim. On your front and back double bicep, try getting your elbows up a little more. Other than that you look really good my friend. Best of luck to you and Sunny!!!!

Look lean and tight, Roger. great job. Solid posing advice. if I can make one more suggestion; on ab thigh, hands a little bit lower and swing elbows in towardyour head. Will flare lats and put extra pressure on abs to bring them out to the max. Good luck.

Some great pics there Roger. When the day arrives I hope you enjoy it because you've obviously put in the work! Picking up on something Beckie said earlier regarding posing, just remember to fix your legs first by pressing the toes hard into the stage floor and flexing hard on the quads, before bringing in the upper body and finishing the shot. I only say this because people always tend to forget to flex their legs and since you've obviously trained hard to bring out the separation in your quads it'd be a waste not to show it on the day
