I'm proud of you Russ! I'm glad to hear that you've done so well, good job! Thanks Joel. I truly appreciate your support through this journey. We are already planning out my off season diet and training for next years shows in June. Gotta gain 20lbs of lean muscle and mature my legs.

Congrats Bro!
With all that hard work, you were a winner before you stepped on the stage!
Way to go!

Thanks Karrie and Frank! It all starts from within the soul. I had no expecations except for achieving the goal to look good enough to be on the stage. The placing was just a blessing to add to my own personal victory and now officially a bodybuilder! : )

From what I see, you enjoyed the experience, i'm very happy for you Blade! Congrats on the physique and congrats on the placing! Now, it's time to get ready for a productive Off season... BODYBUILDER! Oh I am after this weeks show. We already have the off season planned out and that's the difference between placing and taking the overall!! Got to add 20lbs of lean muscle especially focusing on my legs. I had a hell of a time trying to get the quads to show the lines and that was because I wasn't conditioned enough. I'm mych dryer this week already so hoping this weekend show I'll do well in my class. No more Novice since I placed in the prior show so it's in with the big guys now.
