# What Better way of Spending Friday nights than VIN DOG SUPER INTENSITY TRAINING???Lisa lost quite a bit of weight just working out twice per week with weights and upping her eating from once to six small meals.We are Proud of Her!!!!

I wonder why it is women seem to think eating once or twice a day will help them lose weight. It always feel's great when they start eating right and watch them get excited when the weight starts to come off.

The one Group of Athletes that eat one Ponderous meal per day ,at night,is Sumo wrestlers.Their goal however Is to slow their Metabolism and put on Xtra Fat!!!

Great pic Vince! You really look great too! I always think of you when the subject of deadlifting comes up! I remember reading about you in the old Muscular Development magazine back in the 70's! Those were the days!
