Hoops, myou've got some fat to loose, BUT....from what I see, you have made VAST improvements in arm thickness (including biceps peak!!!!), your lat width from the front, and quad sweep! Now just dial it in baby!

Hoopie you know your body better than any one. I could not pull enough fat off in 6 weeks. But you know if you can or not. What ever you decide good luck my friend.

Steve, I can only talk from my limited experience, because I only know how I prep, and how my body reacts.
I would need more time to be ready at this point. I try to be contest ready 7-10 days out and then dial in with the little tricks, sodium, etc.
At this point, you may need more time buddy.

I agree with Frank-I think you need a bit more time.I don't think its any good overstressing your body when its already run down with the cold. you don't want to compromise the great muscle gains you have made in the off season

My secondary option is to do the OCB Iron City Classic in Pittsburgh on May 11th. That would put me 10 weeks to go instead of 6....Its also a Pro Quilifier...

Hoopie, you do look massive! Definitely put on some quality mass this year! But personally I think it will take longer than 6 weeks to dial it in. I don't like to rush the process, it takes as long as it takes to really get into shape and I prefer to diet for looooong periods of time to get the fat off and give myself plenty of time to dial in.
You do look great though just take some extra time to get where you want to be.

Now that ya got the pep talk........... ;D 10 weeks is do-able. I like to have 12-16 weeks myself, but that's because I HAVE to take it really slow. IF I try to push the envelope too much, I lose mass, not fat. I also suffer more than need be dieting! Ask yourself brother............ What is your goal? Do you want to get back into competition condition? Do you want to finish in the top 5? OR DO YOU WANT TO WIN? What will you settle for? Now look at some dates.....fill out a registration...... and stop talking about it....AND DO IT! Love ya Bro!

Great advice from Frank, Steve. In 10 weeks, i think you can be ready to do damage. You want to come in at your best and the extra time will help there. Good luck, brother!

Definitely put some size on in the right places. 6 weeks is not enough time though. Don't try to rush it and over diet and ruin all the work you did to add size. 10 weeks is cutting it close but is doable.
