Hello! I'd like to introduce myself. This is my first post. My name is squatprincess , i'm 20 years of age. i stand at 5'8, and 132 pounds, and about 14% bf. My goals are to cut my body fat down to about 9% by mid june. I've been training for a little over a year now (weight lifting seriously), But i've been into fitness since the start of highschool. My favorite foods are fish (salmon and swordfish are my favorite!), and for a cheat, i love good old fashioned home made italian ice cream. mmm. I'm studying through CPTN to get my personal trainer certification, and i hope to persue that in the up coming months. Nice to meet you.

We are almost exactly the same stats!! I am 5'7 130 pounds. I am a bit older physically but mentally we are the same age! COOL!! We can cut together!! ;D

How many weeks do you have to go? How long have you been cutting for?
I've been doing it for about 6 weeks, (very strictly.) But to be totally honest.. last week I slipped due to all the easter preps, and I have another easter prep for this weekend.. I've been doing all kinds of baking and cooking and EVERYTHING, Plus all the food around.. I kinds of fell off the cutting wagon. I'm Russian, so I have Easter on Sunday, and it's such a huge deal with my family and food. So I'm going to try my hardest to be good until Sunday, and then sunday, i'll try to be as good as I can be.. and then it's back to it. So that's me.
What kind of cut are you doing? What are your Macro ratios? I'm trying out 50% pro, 20%carb, 30% fat. But I think i'm going to have to switch the carb and fats up, because I find my energy too low for my cardio... And i'm sure i'll see much better results if I cut down on the fat i'm taking in.

So I have increased my cardio and cut carbs a little. I trying for 50% protein, 30% carbs, 20% fats. BUT I am switching the carbs and fat numbers around.. sorta like you but the other way. I am really just cutting for 4 more weeks, until my vacation. I want to be lean for the beach. ;D
