When doing Carb cycling, do you count PWO carbs in the total for the day? For example if you are doing an 100 carb day... should you eat 50 PWO and then only 50 the rest of the day OR eat 100 AND the 50 PWO?

Yes,you definately count PW carb intake.

YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;D #smileygrouplaugh5js# Sapph,the way I cycle carbs,I count every carb except fibrous vegetables,if I happen to go to zero carbs for whatever reason,I eat no carbs whatsoever........not even a salad. Just my way,not necessaruily the way everyone will/should do it,but PW carbs are definately counted.

OK I got it now. Starting from scratch TOMMOROW!!! Do you get dizzy with zero carbs?

I`m constantly dizzy regardless of what I eat !!! ;D
Seriously,not as a rule,but I never exceed 3 days at zero carbs....the brain tends to get a bit loopy!!
Three is enough anyway......not an easy task.
