As both a trainer and a competitor I have seen some AWFUL diet practises ranging from NO carbs in peak week to cutting out ALL dairy from day 1 of the diet. then theres the ones that pop fat burners and diuretics as if they are magic pills....need I go on!
What are some of the worst things you have seen or heard in female competitors?

Extreme diuretic use !
Also mega cardio on zero carbs.

I know it's more general, but a fitness competitor who firmly belived that their was only ONE way to do things correcly! Only one magic diet and one magic training... one size fit all!
