You know I seem to do better on deadlifts if I just do them everyother week. I guess its a recovery thing.

I was telling my husband about your dead lifts and that is why I asked if off the rack or floor, b/c he thought for sure it was only off the rack. Hey thanks Kari! I LOVE deadlifts!! One of my favorite moves. I hate my benching. I have long arms, bad for benching IMO.

It looks as though you and I have similiar builds. Your arms are long like mine. It seems as though long limbs just take ALOT to put on muscle. IT STINKS!!!!! Your abs look tight. You also are pretty lean. I am sort of copying your carb cycling for a while. I am taking in more carbs on workout days and less on non-workout days. I was crackin' up when I read all you wanted was a bagel. #bcrazylaugh4ua# I am sure here soon I will begin dreaming about pasta. I am a carbaholic!!!!

Yup, I told you, we both have long limbs, but I am 5'7. I figured I would post this so you could see I am built alot like you. I guess we shouldn't complain too much, it's better than being too stubby. I GUESS. I am craving carbs all the time... mmm bagels. Bodyfx only wants me to drop maybe 3 more pounds, then go back to a maintainance type diet. YIPPEE!!

My week has been crazy, I am doing my shoulders and tris tonight, back butt and calves tommorow, chest and bis Saturday and legs Sunday. Oh yes, abs tonight and Saturday. Cardio every day. I hate when my days get crazy. Oh well, life.
