Thanks Tim. I am going away for a week on Tuesday am, I am going to relax a bit with my diet, eat healthy, but not count carbs. When I get home, it's back to low carbs again. BFX wants me to cut for the summer, and then do a bulk at the end of August. WOOHOO! SOUNDS LIKE FOOD TO ME! ;D ;D ;D ;D

LOL! Yeah it was nice not worrying about eating carbs but it is so engrained in me, it was hard to eat them!! I swear!!!! I did eat some rice and toast.
Anyway we are back and I am feeling a bit weak from having some bug for the last week (stomach) Blah jsut feeling better today
I did my two wos on Wed and Thurs. not too impressive but at least I did them!!
Tommorow is Chest and Bis

I think we keep each other motivated!! House hunting was fun, but no good finds yet. It can take a while. I worked all day today so LEGS are tommorow. I agree we keep each other motivated!!!! Another great workout!!!! #bbarbellsmiley4dr# Supersets and drop sets are killers.....but we love 'em!!!! Have an AWESOME leg workout tomorrow!!! I know house hunting can take time and be a pain but take your time and you'll find something for you guys!!!!!

Oh yes, that leg wo will be brutal. I have this LOVE/HATE relationship with leg workouts, I dread them all day and LOVE that I did them afterwards.
I plan on kicking some booty tommorow! Back on my cut again, since I am feeling better. Cutting the rest of the summer to see what's there, then doing a bulk in Sept, to see how much muscle mass I can add.
