Bet you will be sore after ;D I've done set of 25 drop weight, set of 50 drop weight and finish off with a set of 100. My legs were fried!!!

Actually we changed leg til tonight... we went for a body scrub/massage yesterday. We were just too relaxed to get to the gym. We went home and took a nap. Ahhh it was great!! Hey ya only live once...

Meal 1 fiber one/protein
Meal 2 oatmeal/tuna
Meal 3 grilled chicken green salad
Meal 4 protein shake
Meal 5 protein shake 10 almonds
LEGS
Cardio 35 minutes
Meal 6 rice cakes chicken sausage/spinach

Saph, I understand about the massage. I was off from work last Monday..so I got up early...did my leg work out....came home and took a nap Then.... Went to the Spa for a Relaxation massage and a Manicure ;D A Baby's gotta do ~ ~ What a Baby's gotta do!!!!

Thanks Karrie! I am fnlly starting to feel the effects of the cut, I FEEL leaner, ya know? 130 this am on scale. I backed off the fat burners a little, I take ONE twice a day, instead or TWO twice a day. I was getting headaches. Blah, I HATE headaches. I am supposed to do 5 days of cardio now, ARGH, I despise cardio. It is so cold and icey here I can't walk outside. Oh well, this is the price we must pay for seeing abs. ;D HOW ARE YOU FEELING?

Wo's are going VERY well!!!!

Yup 30 minutes 5 times a week I am feeling MUCH better on the low carbs now. I am still holding at 130.5.... which is fine, maybe I am still getting muscle. Nahhh probably not... but HOLDING muscle would be awesome! I will post another set of progress pics on Friday. I still cant get over how ANNOYING people are.. why are you eating THAT? (oatmeal/tuna) That is gross, I would rahter be a litlle chubby. Why don't you use mayo? Is it worth it really? You gotta learn to enjoy life. WTF makes them think I am NOT enjoying life.... because I don't eat DD dougnuts for breakfast??? OH YES, THAT would make my life sooo much more enjoyable. WHATEVER. I love my life and I feel the way I eat NOW will keep me HEALTHY a lot longer that eating crap and destroying the only body God gave me. I know it is not close to perfect but I do what I can to keep it strong and fit. I want to be a HOT fit healthy 60 year old someday!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Read an article recently about a woman whose doctor told her she should start lifting some weights to help with her osteoarthritis. So...she did. She started lifting when she was 70 years old. She is now a competetive figure athlete at the age of 83! She looks great!
SO...don't just strive for a HOT 60! Keep it going!

Your diet pace is good enough to prevent much loss. ;D You and I have talked NUMEROUS times about people, especially women, who make comments to people like you and me about BB food. ANNOYING! Now that you are dieting you are gonna get it more b/c not only are you eating clean but you are eating even more clean to get cut for the show!!!! You cannot control people just how you respond to them. No worries, you will still be hot after 60!!!!

I know, I know you guys are right. It is just sooo annoying!! Anyway I FINALLY closed on the town house yesterday! What a relief!! What a crazy day!! SO glad it's over.
Weight was 129.5 this am..... I will try to take a progress pic tonight or tommorow.

Wos are pretty good. It's power week. Ugghh.. HEAVY weights low reps. My chest is really sore today.

I am doing pretty good. Workouts have been good, this week off schedule due to Arnold on Sun. Just not enough time to post it all.
I bet POWER week is your toughest right now b/c of the dieting. Have you started practicing your walking, standing and turns yet? Was unsure when Eric is gonna have you start that.
I was SOOO happy to FINALLY read that you closed on your TH!!! What a LONG, DRAWN out process that was! SHEESH!!!

Yup I think you right about the power week/low carb thing. Eric did not make any changes this week to my macros/cardio. I have NOT practiced anything yet.. BUT I am going to have to start. I am not sure how I should learn them. I will ask Eric. Have so much fun at the Arnold!!!!! I know wasn't that whole TH thing crazy? ? Thank God it's over. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
