Hi gang! I have not posted much in a while. Been soo busy at work, home, etc. Anyway I am going to post my wos again. I am dieting, but my coach is a secret kinda guy, so suffice it to say, it's low carb. I am prepping for a photoshoot in the beginning of April, I will be taking pics in 3 suits and one fishnet cover up for the beach. I am currently 120 pounds, shooting for 116 in 3 weeks. Legs were today QUADS/HAMS/BUTT/CALVES -BUTT BLASTER...2 X 16-20 PER SIDE -FEET HIGH LEG PRESS...3 X 7-9 -SMITH STEP BACK ALTERNATING LUNGE...3 X 10-12 PER LEG -LEG EXTENSION...2 X 13-15 -SEATED LEG CURL...2 X 16-20 -LYING LEG CURL...2 X 7-9 -STIFF LEG DEADLIFT...1 X 10-12, 1 X 13-15 -STANDING CALF (TOES POINTED OUT)...1 X 10-12, 1 X 7-9 -SEATED CALF (FEET STRAIGHT)...1 X 16-20, 1 X 13-15 Cardio 30 minutes

Not too bad-had a few gastro probs so I'm not allowed to train til I get my energy levels back up. Have a show here in 4 weeks and I'm trophy girl yet again How is your wee doggie doing?

Hi Karrie! I am glad to be posting again too. My Secret coach is helping me lose 4 pounds quickly. I was more excited about the shoot until they told me 1) I smile too much 2) my pics are too "perfect" "posed", they want more natural shots, like as if I did not know I was being photographed.

I was more excited about the shoot until they told me 1) I smile too much 2) my pics are too "perfect" "posed", they want more natural shots, like as if I did not know I was being photographed. So if you smile too much, what are they looking for? More "sensual" type looks? So they want, like ie just you staring out into the ocean type pics....I think you can do those two things without any problem. ;D

Saph! Good for you! If you weren't suffering DOMS after a leg workout, you're not working hard enough! My rule of thumb is that if I can walk out of the gym "unassisted" after a leg workout, I wasted my time! ;D Keep it up!
