I agree. When I first saw that video, I was in awe. I couldn't speak. The entire thing is pretty amazing. The only part to me, that's boring, is delts. But that is still pretty amazing if you just think of the volume he's doing! Ronnie, is not of this earth. Whatever him and Chad got him doing, it's working. I can't wait for the mothership to come down once he breaks Haney's record.

Ronnie used to be a powerlifter. Then Brian Dobson from Metroflex gym told Ronnie "If you enter and win this upcoming BBing contest, you can have a free lifetime membership." Ronnie did enter and win. Brian was true to his word. That's how Ronnie became a BBer. He still uses powerlifting movements in his workouts, as all of us that are able to should. Like Franco said in Arnolds Encyclopedia of BBing: "Your body shows an immediate thickness when you use powerlifting movements in your routine." I think that's paraphrased though. I'm getting old!!! Damn Tim, is that what I have to look forward to?

I read somewhere that he trains 6 times a week...1 off.
and from MON-WED..he does powerlifting movements for mass and power. and Thurs-Sat... he does bodybuilding exercises for that "separation in muscle"

E.T. never deadlift more than 600 lb That's bs Mo. Look at his neck development. Only 650+ deadlifts give you these kind of results.

"Nuttin' but a peanut...." Ronnie says that right before he deadlifts his 750+lbs I believe. It's in "The Unbelievable." Ronnie is known for his little sayings, Ronnie-isms if you will. "Nuttin but a peanut," "Come Brutus, Let's Do 'Dis," "Lightweight Baby," and "Hooooooooooooooooooooooo" are but a few of his popular ones..........
