Thanks, Tim! Rusty is one of the most accomplished posers in competition today. Looks like he will compete in the upcoming Ironman as well. Check out www.rustyjeffers.net for info on his Pose Like A Pro DVD. I highly recommend it to any ompetitor who has been on stage and who already has the mandatories down and wants to polish up their stage routine. |

Great for Rusty doing the Ironman!
I agree with Gerry on the video, and we've talked about it. Initially I wasn't that impressed, but it's one of those videos that the more you watch it, the more you pick up. I got to the point where I was watching segments of it everyday while doing cardio and always refining (in my head, later physically while practicing) my posing. Well worth it.

Agreed, Joel. Rusty is a throwback to the best of the 70-80s era in his posing and his tight symmetrical look.
Check out his photos and interview in the current Ironman mag.
