Bravo Roger. There are a lot of things out there that work for people. One word: Moderation (in all things). Steak? Good thing? Yes. 30 days of steak only...not a good thing. Squats? A good thing? Yes. 30 days of squats only...not a good thing. Water? A good thing? Yes. 30 days of water only.......? Moderation in all things. By the way Roger.....just to add my 2 cents....they even had more than water in the Garden of Eden.... I remember reading something about an apple too! ;D I think it is just morally and ethically our calling as "health enthusiasts" to advise against things that are "unhealthy" and possibly dangerous. Does this apply to steroids too ? :-? S

I defer to the Board rules on that one.

I defer to the Board rules on that one. That is silly. What is soooo wrong about simply TALKING about them ? Why pretend they are not a fact and necessity in day-to-day PRO bodybuilding life ? Anyway. This is offtopic. But still, it's a closed-minded thing IMHO. S

S #offtopic3cp# With respect, I suggest you read the board rules and understand that it is a policy of the company that runs these boards as much as it is a choice of the administrators. No steroid or drug discussions.............yes we all know they exist, and here at WOTW, we could care less who`s on what, or if your natural or chemically enhanced.
Don`t ask and don`t tell, as it is against Pro-Boards Terms Of Service, and I wouldn`t want it here anyway .You agreed to these rules when you registered here. #smileycoffee9lo#

My concerns............too little calories + too little protein = muscle wasting. Muscle is hard enough to build under ANY circumstances...why destroy what you have worked so hard to build?

If you eat watermelons, does it still break the rule of water fasting?
