Pre-during-PWO. Just like it says on the directions with X-tend.
Some people do a shot of BCAAS upon waking. Meal or no isn't important.

I read a few articles on different sites about how it may fight for transporters and amino acid absorbtion.
SOME supplements on the directions of the same stuff (glutamine/bcaa) say to take it on empty stomach. Most don't mention it at all.

They're overthinking it. Your stomach is never truly empty... perhaps most so first thing in the day but otherwise... those discussions are cutting it down to the very fine etails where you maybe get a fraction of a percentage difference.
