I have a quick question, I just bought some dextrose to mix with my creatine/whey post workout shake. Without weighing it how much is 50g's of dextrose? I have a 70cc scoop. I've been using a creatine dextrose mix in the past but I decided to mix my own brew! I got it from True Protein and it lists it as 200 cal. per 50g.

You mean, how much in volume? If I remember right it's something like 1/4 cup= 37.5 grams, 1/3= 50 grams, and 1/2 cup= 75 grams

No, I just ordered it in the free food grade bag. I have a couple of 70cc measuring scoops that I got from them before. I need to buy a more accurate diet scale so these things won't be a problem!

I get 100g with like 2.5 scoops.
But I use a digital scale...so you should do the same.
