I've learned a long time ago that when the Liver is filled up with fructose, anything more will be stored as fat.
My question is, what about glucose? When Muscles are fully stored with glucose does the leftover go into the liver?

Glycogen is stored both in the muscle (mostly) and in the liver (partly). When those are at full capacity, excess glycogen is converted into fatty acids which in turn heads to adipose cells.

Great info Chris!
Yep! It does't matter if it's Fructose or Glucose... the liver stores glycogene which is Carbs + water.
PS: In fact, it seems that the body's habilities to store glycogene using fructose is not as good as with another carb source: Glucose, dextrose, maltodextrose...

Exactly- fructose goes almost exclusively to liver and the body is unable to do much with it.

All sugar is counted as energy in the body.
Glucose is readily able to split and provide ATP.
Can't Fructose do the same, however they just take much longer because they go through metabolisation in the liver?

The body has a toucg time with fructose, and as a result most goes to the liver. Check the Wiki entry on fructose- it's actually pretty good for a basic intro. It's this behavior of fructose that makes it significantly inferior PWO. And while we're on the subject- you can see here why most people probably SHOULD NOT be ingesting large amounts of sugar pwo. The whole "insulin spike" has been overblown. A fit beings muscles can store a couple thousand kcals of glycogen. It takes a marathon for most people to totally glycogen deplete. The vast majority of guys working out in the gym deplete nowhere near that much glycogen... then they suck down 500 cals of dextrose and wonder why they get fat while bulking.
