8 eggwhites 0 fat, 0 carb, 30g protein .5 cup oats 2g fat, 15g carb, 4g protein .5 cup FF cottage cheese 0g fat,5g carb (all sugar ), 12g protein .5 banana 0g fat, 9g carbs, 1g protein 1/2 cup blueberries 0g fat, 10g carbs, 1g protein Totals 2g fat, 39g carbs, 48g protein 400 cals makes about 5 pancakes...... ihop size.

Billy, I also very like protein pancakes! Your recipe has a great proteins/carbs ratio, NICE! Randy, isn't similar to your pancakes recipe?
