When I started bodybuilding, i was pretty heavy(fat) and using the ECA stack along with alot of excercise I lost alot of weight. Since the banning of ephedra I just can't seem to find a supplement that helps shed the pounds as fast. Any suggestions?

Nothing could beat the ECA stack in my book, i agree. As for a good replacement the only thing that i have found that worked well for me was Venom Hyperdrive 3.0 by ALRI and meltdown by VPX Sports. Venom worked the best for me had good results with Meltdown, however Venom was deffinately better for me.....

YOu can still buy ephedra.....Bronkaid, found in Walgreens or Longs Drugs, CVS' too.
Then buy some "Stay Awake" or NoDoz, maybe Vivarin. If you want to get the Aspirin go for it, but I haven't in 8 months.
It's legal, and you can make your own, far cheaper too.

Bronkaid has disappeared from stores around here- even OTC... Agreed though that Meltdown is pretty good. Have not used but hear good reports about Venom.

Hoopie's right. Hyperdrive 3.0+ Just reformulated it and it ROCKS. I actually like it better than ECY. With ECY I would build a tolerance and crash throughout teh day. Hyperdrive I did not build a tolerance until about 12 weeks. I was taking 1 cap in the AM and after 8 weeks I did 2 in the AM. At the 12 week mark I could feel a littl bit of a letdown, but not much and NO crash.
