I've always takened 5g of creatine at a time.
I've come across website creatinemonohydrate.net that teaches alot about creatine itself and its usage
It suggests to use 0.03x kilo bodyweight in maintainence dosage. If the person is loading he would take 0.3x kilo bodyweight.
Then again, studies show that taking as little as 3g of creatine over about 28days has same effect as loading 20g creatine over 5days.
This proves loading isn't necessary.
My question is, how important is it to measure bodyweight to get proper dosage? I use Primaforce Creatine monohydrate right now. It comes with a scoop that measures 5g creatine. Doesn't mention anything about bodyweight/dosage or loading. Just says to take it for 12 weeks and "washout" for 21 days.
