Im new to this site and I want to say Hi to everyone, I want to compete in a Masters Bodybuilding Show towards the end of 09' witch should give me enough time to get ready. The problem I have happened in 1996. In 1995 I took 2nd in the Eastern USA Mens heavyweight novice at 280lbs. After the show for the next 5 months I bulked up to 386lbs on a 6'5" frame, also extremely strong. At the time I was single and instead of taking the day off because I had a date I trained chest, shoulders and then tri's, I was doing lying triceps extensions to fast and to heavy when I heard this loud tear I droped the weight behind my head got up and had this incredible pain in both my tri's, when I got home I measured my arms and lost 2 &1/2 inches now 12 years later my arms are 18 & 1/2" with a big gap from my elbow up to my tri, is it still possible to have my tris reattached or can I put size on even though they are torn to match my chest at 55". thanks J

Wow man, that sounds like something you would have to consult with an orthopedic surgeon about for sure.
