I like the looks of it. Would like to have one myself. Looks like a great space saver. Price is great also.

I wonder what keeps it from torquing while pressing? Those two poles would have to be exceptionally strong and durable? But I've never seen it, personally.

Rich, I've tried one like this in a gym a couple of years ago and in my opinion it sure gets the job well done! You could have it for 329$ if I understand? If so and if you don't already have any kind of leg press, I think it would be a great purchase!
Let us know what you are going to do!

In my own humble opinion --- I think you would 'outgrow' that pretty fast. Sure it's a vertical design but 400 isn't nearly enough for longer term use....unless you're traing for figure Or want legs that look like his!! LOL!!! LOL!!! All that said of course if you used it toward the end of the workout 400 may very well be murder! Sal

Rich, in my opinion it looks a little light. But it is a space saver. I would personally look for something more heavy duty though. You might be happier in the long term.

Thanks guys. I'm getting mixed reviews on it. Plus the store that carries it doesn't stock it, so if I want to try it out I can't. I think I'll hold off on that one. Maybe look into a leg-extension/leg-curl machine instead.

Rich, did you make a decision about your plan B? Did you find a great leg-extension/leg-curl machine?

I ended up deciding to save for what I really want, which is a leg press/hack squat machine. They retail for about $1200 CDN. For now I have a bench with a leg extension/leg curl attachment that sucks, but it's usable.
