fitday.com/fitness/PublicJournals.html?Owner=Maximum63700 calories. All foods has been adjusted. In example, Oatmeal would be 150calories 3g fat 27g carb 5g protein I don't count fat or protein for carbohydrate food. So 27g carb x4cal= 108calories counted only. Protein foods, I count protein and fat. Fat foods, I count fat only Carbohydrate foods, I count carbohydrates only. I do not follow any sort of 30/50/20 , or 40/40/20 diet. I count macronutrients based on a bodyweight of about 130lb as a starting point. Technically, it wouldn't make sense for me to follow a ratio diet 30/50/20, or 40/40/20. I know i need about 4000+ calories roughly or close to it to gain any good weight. If I follow a 30/50/20 in a 4000 calorie diet, I would be eating 300g of proteins I still haven't found out what "my limit" is as far as how much carbohydrate my body can take. So far, I still see my abs, if that's a clue for anything. On my first bulk, where i reached a weight of 171lb, I remember i ate a very high protein diet. At least 2x my bodyweight. On this diet: I take in 1.5x bodyweight in protein. 130x1.5 =195g I take in about 4.75x bodyweight in carbohydrate. 130x4.75= 617.5g What do you guys think? I feel i should increase my EFA intake a bit. Eating salmon, but not taking in flax oil. Fat intake(even though it is not very accurate) feels low. May add 2TBSP of peanut butter, and a TBSP of Flax Oil.
