OK OK... I know it's not a true bench press employing the chest, and this is small potatoes for all of ya, but today I was lifting decline close-grip bench press and got 200 for 2. That's the first time EVER that I've hit 200 with ANY kind of bench press.

Chris, stop ruining all the fun and enthusiasm with your comments Any new personal best is a huge achievement... and anyway, 200lbs is some serious weight for almost anybody! I'm happy for you! And keep going, it's only the beginning!

It's those milestones that keep you going. NEVER downplay a personal best. They're always a world record! YOU just broke the world record for most weight bench-pressed by Chris. I'm not joking. It's that big a deal.
