INGREDIENTS:
(serves 2)
2 - 8 oz (1/2 inch thick) pork loin chops center cut) 1/4 cup teriyaki marinade sauce 1 1/2 tspn crushed garlic 1 1/2 cup finely chopped onions nonstick cooking spray
HOW TO MAKE:
In a zip - top bag, combine pork with teriyaki marinade, garlic, and onions. Refridgerate overnight, turning occasionally. Grill pork on a grill rack coated with nonstick cooking spray for four minutes per side, or until just cooked through.

SIDE DISH:
Serve with grilled veggies to get lean, or with a large potato to gain.
