I dont' know if i'm doing it wrong.
I place my foot slightly back...and point my toes "slightly" out. I Calf raise my foot all the way up...which puts the pressure on the balls of my feet and toes. It is sometimes painful to do.
It is much easier to not "calf raise" all the way ..and instead a little more than 3/4 calf raise. It takes a bit of pressure off my toes.
