Hey! I am a new member here and am looking for some advise and guidance. I am 37, 5'8" and approx 210. I was up to 225 for awhile but have been able to lose a bit of weight. I want to gain strength and energy back. When I was younger I spent lots of time in they gym, playing soccer, hockey and running. At the age of 29 that all changed when I had lumbar spinal fusion to my L3,4and 5. Since then I have also had shoulder surgery on each shoulder. I feel the need to look better and feel better! I am tired of being tired. I have a gym membership at Planet Fitness. I just do not know really what is the best routine/diet for me to begin my transformation into a better looking more physically fit person. Any help would be greatly appreciated. ;D

Hello, Murt. Welcome aboard! I moved your intro here because it seems like a better fit and more members would be likely to see it.
I am not a diet expert, but there are many knowledgable members who I know will ofeer good avice. Best of luck.

Thanks! I am more or less looking for a routine that will burn fat and increase energy and strength. I am pretty sure I know what I can do on the food side to continue to feel better.
