Hey folks ! Hope everyone is doing well I'm gonna start Carb cycling this sunday since my 25% less carb reduction seems to came to a wall(doing this with good results for the past 2 months) Only problem is that i'm trying to figure a way i can create a weekly base cycle, since i'm not willing to give up my couple of beers on Friday night Any suggestions? by the way my stats: height: 188 CM Body Fat: 14% Weight: 84 Kg Goal : 8% BF Till July *Training 5 times a week heavy weights+4-5 Cardio/HIIT workouts I really appreciate it guys, Have a great day all!
