Good Training Day.....I'm gonna be sore as hell tomorrow.....JUST IN TIME FOR LEG DAY........YAY! Did the split routine today to fit in this weeks training. Camping with the grandkids again this weekend before school starts next week. Trying to keep training tight and use cardio slow paced now, then only as needed as the contest gets closer (Nov 13). Weight is at 170, but only lost definition in abs. This contest is masters by HEIGHT not WEIGHT...so I'm not sweating the numbers this time and just monitoring the look in the mirror.
Everything is looking ok...fulll, large, some vascularity at 13 weeks out......
