I thought I would pass along some recipes I have been having some fun with. I know many of you can add all kinds of favorites to this list, and I hope you do.
Just pick your favorites from the list or your own and bake!
I found that if I do a little prep time over the weekend and chop up some of my ingredients into separate containers ahead of time, it no time to get a meal put together and pop it into the oven for 20 minutes or so.
En joy !!!
Chicken/ Beef Packets
Meat
Chicken Breast- chunks or strips
Lean beef
Fish
Vegetables
Green Pepper
Potato Chunks
Cooked brown rice
Broccoli florets
Carrots
Pineapple
Onions
Seasonings
Grated Ginger
Lite soy sauce
Lite teriyaki sauce
Basil
Paprika
Red pepper
Thymon
Lemon Juice
PREHEAT oven to 450°F or grill to medium-high.
CENTER chicken/beef on each sheet of (12x20-inches) Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Top with vegetables and seasonings of choice.
BRING up foil sides. Double fold top and one end of packet. Through open end, add one-fourth of teriyaki mixture. Double fold remaining end to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make four packets.
BAKE 18 to 22 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven,( increase to 30 minutes if using uncut chicken breast half or other thicker meats)
OR GRILL 15 to 18 minutes in covered grill. Serve over rice, if desired./span
