Good stuff MO Thanks Randy but... 1) You have no idea how hard i flexed my abs when they told me that they were going to take a photo! ;D 2) In those pics, i was still sick so maybe the fact that i had lost 10 lbs, gives my abs a chance to be visible ;D I'll post some black and white pics of my off season shape in my off season journal in a couple of days. It will give a good idea of how is going my off season (30 pounds of fat or muscle… that is the question ;D ) |
