Should essential fatty acids be easily obtained from reg. foods? or would a supplement be the way to go? What foods contain them and what quanity is needed? I didn't know if there was a formula based on body weight or what exactly. Thanks in advance.

I`m far from an expert on this subject ,that`s for sure Mike.I usually get my fat from egg yolks,peanut butter,and fish,mostly salmon and tuna,cashews and peanuts.I`m sure there is someone else here who could better answer the question.Kenchi comes to mind but he hasn`t posted in a while. I`m thinking about taking fish oil capsules soon.
