I am thrilled and completely shocked..........IronMan magazine published my "Carb Cycling" article in their June issue. I had no clue that they did this.......just now read it on Mayhem. This is really a dream that I have always had and I couldn`t be happier.  |

Thanks Mo...............that`s very nice of you to say,and I sincerely appreciate it. I`m very honored,grateful,flattered,and extremely lucky and elated, to have had this happen to me. I`m going to try to expand on this and submit and write more articles.........hopefully more will be published! That's Great, Tim! I saw the article but, I thought you knew it was coming out. What a terrific surprise for you. You should have been in there along time ago with an article.
