Anyone else get sick of counting and weighing everything and just feel as though you do better just going by feel? I am sometimes sick of counting everything Randy, but i ABSOOOOOOLUTELY dont think it would be as good just going by feeling, so i'll keep going without regrets. Now... excuse me, i have to go to the kitchen and eat a 60g of no fat cheese ( 35g of protein / 3g of carbs / 0g fat) ;D

The thing that gets on my nerves is time. Always seem to be watching the clock. Eat every 3 hours, tan for so many minutes, do cardio for so many minutes, etc.. Gets on my nerves as the prep goes on.
