What are your future competitive plans? James, After a very long and demanding 2006 season, I decided not to compete in 2007. It would allow me to eat, drink ;D and heal a small shoulder injury. So in 2007, I have stayed involved in the sport by receiving my judge certification, giving posing clinics and fallowing bodybuilding athletes! But even if I dont plan on competing in 2007, I've tryed to stay in decent shape by keeping my bodyweight between 210-212… approx 12-15 lbs from contest shape. Competing or not...I realized that I just cant ignore my bodybuilding lifestyle… If nothing bad happens (and i'm sure nothing will) I'll use Dream Tan and PAM again during the first months of 2008  … In one or two Canadian WNSO pro shows and maybe some amateur shows in other organisations ...
