Sapph, Thanks!!! I almost e-mailed you the pic to get it right until my hubby go it right...finally!!!! Gerry, Both Terry and myself were surprised at how my arms just popped when I flexed! I am getting there!!! Terry is still hitting the gym very hard. I am proud of him. He is talking about a show next year after mine. He still checks the forums out but not posting much. |
