Hey there! Congratulations on home ownership! It's a lot of fun and really exciting. My wife and I bought our first home about 6 years ago and it was really exciting.
Looks like a great place.. and that hot tub sure will be nice after those monter legs workouts huh?

MO! Congrats! Major UPS man, and I must say that it looks BEAUTIFUL form teh inside. I gotta say Im a little jealous. Kristy and I were very close to building, but then I got a new job almost 2 hours away. ENJOY!

I agree that it's going to be great to have our own home… but it surprises me how stressfull it could be sometimes: The inspection of the place, looking for a bank and for a loan… dealing the interest rate of the loan, dealing the price of the house, dealing everything… and fast! But i guess this is what we call "good stress" and soon, as said massiv, it will be party time and (yes Mike) hot tub session after every legs workout!
"Becareful in that hot tub Mo. Lux may be hiding in there with his goggles on.. " It would be fine Randy… it's a 6 places hot tub.... and i miss our good old Lux!

Steve, i dont know about the yards… but the property has approx 4200 square feets... considering i'm not an handy man, i think it will be enough for me now!
