We are a couple of days out from Tim's last and more important contest of his 2006 season! Let's give some encouragements to this awesome bodybuilder and friend! Tim your are always here for us, sharing everything you know about this sport… you are the man, sincerely! And i know you'll prove it once again when you'll step on stage in the best shape of your life in a couple of days! From the heart, Tim is one of the most inspirational and nicest people I know in or out of the sport. I know he will make his presence felt in Middletown next weekend.
Much luck, brother. Bring home the gold and show them what conditioning is all about!

Mo,Randy,Ger,and Andrew...................many thanks........it truly means a lot to have the support and encouragement coming from you guys...........guys that I respect bigtime!!! Thank you again!  Well................as of yesterday,I am feeling totally wiped out and just tired.......cardio is a struggle to complete as I watch the clock,but it gets done anyway,just like it should. I am definately in my best condition this year..........my waist is gone...down to around 29",it`s been even smaller but so was the rest of me!!! LOL I have the worst genetics going,and I`ll be the first to admit that my physique is no big deal,but at EVERY contest I do,I get so many people telling me how good I look onstage...........................either their drunk,blind,being nice,or I`m creating one hell of an illusion up there!! ;D I will say that in spite of my lack of size and genetics,I`m dialed in like a big dog, and once I get to Harrisburgh,the sh*t is on........not bragging,just the mindset I feel I need to be competitive. From my many years onstage and doing mega-contests,I have learned to hit two shots to everyone elses one shot during the comparisons........if I feel the need to do this,I have a different variation of each pose that I use which keeps the judges eyes on me instead of my competition. I know this one gonna` be a tough one, as I have seen pics from the recent NABBA Jr. Nats, and those guys are ripped and shrinkwrapped, and I`m sure if they`re not busy eating pizza,they`ll show up in good shape. One thing I can promise you guys is that first place,or last place,I`m going in to win it as I always do................might not place,but I compete to win as we all should. Thanks again guys.............8 more days and a wake-up and it`ll be on!! I`m ready right now,as I keep thinking about food bigtime!! I`ll post a bit about my diet for the last few weeks too..........it`s been loads of fun!! Train hard!! |

Just wanted to add,that realistically,I know I have no chance of winning,but I convince myself that I will win it anyway............gotta` think positive in this game as the mindfu*ks can be terrible.
All I can say is I did my best for this one and gave it all I had,that`s enough for me ,win,lose,or draw.
Also want to wish everyone in the contest the best of luck!!

Thanks John,I appreciate the vote of confidence from another competitor.
I was thinking what a great group of people we have here,those who compete and those who don`t,and those who aspire to compete..........all very dedicated and supportive.
I have so much respect for everyone who posts here..............just a great group.
If this wasn`t my board,I`d still be here that`s for damn sure!!

The respect and admiraton are mutual, Tim!! You are as good as you think you are, and you always have to go on stage optimistic and confident that you are at your best. That is what makes a real victory. A trophy is just icing on the cake.
Just be your best and have fun. And eat like a pig afterwards!! ;D
