so what are yours???
mine:
gain back the muscle I lost with my injury(plus some extra) listen to my body more especially with regard to food try some different styles of training(more variety) get my offseason bodyfat down below 20% find a way to make cardio more interesting

To get seriously cut, while keeping my mass Single digit bodyfat Keep injury free Get BP down and keep it there Increase sleep, and decrease stress

Mine would be
1 Reach my targetted body weight..... 2 ......without hiking up my fat percentage 3 Get really strong and increase my poundages in all exercises 4 Remain healthy and injury free 5 Not avoiding cardio.lol.

Let me help.. 1) Finally beat Gerry in a walker shuffle race 2) Drink 3 Ensure's per day for great nutrition 3) Use the sauna without wearing my depends 4) Find some damn headphones that work with my 8 Track to make walking at 2.3 on the treadmil more bareable 5) Remember my own name without using my scan card at the gym

1. Reach 230lbs before diet 2. Improve my diet (EAT, EAT, and EAT TO GROW) 3. Become a postive role model to others at my gym 4. Maintain new friendships I've made in the bbldg community. 5. Compete in my first show in 2007 without making a fool of myself onstage.
Oh.. and 5a:
Get some WOTW folks to vacation in Colorado- home of the BEST Rocky Mountains and also the 2nd annual Shawn Ray Colorado Pro!!!

I thought this was going to be easier.... 1) Be more consistent with diet, eat 6 meals per day (even on the weekend) 2) Do more cardio, 30 minutes 4 times a week, for my heart. ( I despise cardio) 3) gain 5 more pounds of muscle 4) leg press for 8-10 reps 10 plates 5) Cut down to see abs in the summer
