Learn to slow down when not necessary to rush. Learn more jazz standards. Find and hold a steady relationship. Get back to my usual 5.5% bodyfat. Hit 405 for a triple or better on the Deadlift. Clean my room. Keep my room clean. Probably many more, but I've taken up enough space at the moment.

I'll try to understand what Tim really wanted to say when telling us his new years resolutions... Be more patient and tolerate / Dont ban members even if they made a joke about his age for the 10th time! ;D Spend more quality time with my wife / … so convincing his wife to train! ;D Think before I speak / … he could have wrote "think" and we would have agreed ;D Save some money / … just in case he needs to repair his computer agaiiiiiin! We dont want to lose you for 6 months again Tim… Eat better / Eat butter??? What's that Tim? ;D Train harder / How is that possible? Hoooo maybe with some rest-pause sets Organize things / "Organe size thin" you said? ;D

Cool Resolutions everybody......one comment. We all made some resolutions. So did I. Now let's make sure we all have a plan to try to accomplish them in a meaningful way, For example...I said, "Get more sleep" I've been trying to get to bed and awake at the same time. I've started keeping a little journal at my bedside. Time sleep, time awake. AND if I get up in the middle of the night...I jot down some of the things that are on my mind. Another example, if I may Karrie? Read through the whole bible. GREAT goal. How about reading some parts to the kids, and telling them some stories on how to apply them? Or just take one small part and try to figure out how it applies to you, in your life? Anyways...just my 2 cents.....easy to talk the talk....harder to walk the walk...................right?

True Frank-my main weakness in the past has being slackness on maintaining a journal but so far I've blogged all my workouts and I can't wait to do the rest!

I wish I could partake in this but I don't make resolutions. Heck, I don't even plan for tomorrow so resolutions are a bit unfamiliar for me.
The only thing I can even remember telling myself was "try to get to the gym more often and catch up those lagging bodyparts!" But that was months ago and it seems to be helping a bit with extra workouts.
Anyway - nice resolutions all and I like the idea mrbeefy has with a plan to accomplish such things.
Good luck to all of you!!!
Sal
