Congrats!!!! Awesome choices. Karrie, don't know how you do it, you have got so much on the go and two little ones keeping you busy, superwoman for sure  . That is funny you said that, Tiff. One of my closest friends bought me a graphic t-shirt that has the superman logo on it with "diamonds" around it!!!! My sister-in-law just tells me I am like a "whirlwind." |

Tim- thanks for doing this. In my case I can't say enough good things about Randy and Mo (ok Karrie-- I like you too! ;D).
Mo is always ecouraging me 100% and Randy has offered me SO much training advice I owe him alot.
